Mr. Bhawanishankar H. Sharma, Chairman, is a Science graduate from Rajasthan University. After completing his education in 1964, he moved to Mumbai and gained initial business experience working at his family-owned petrol pump in Powai.
He later ventured into quarrying operations on his own land in Powai and was among the early quarry owners in Mumbai. Expanding his entrepreneurial pursuits, he also established silica sand and edible oil manufacturing units in Jaipur.
In 1983, he co-promoted the Company and initiated quarrying and asphalting activities. In 1988, he assumed full management and ownership, successfully transforming the Company from an ailing unit into a well-established and growing enterprise.
